The Society Council
The Society is overseen by a Council with overall responsibility for running all aspects of the Society for the good of its members. Each member of the Council has a particular portfolio or area of responsibility. Members (with the exception of the Society Administrator) are elected to serve for a 2 year term or appointed by the Society Trustees. At the moment, the Constitution provides that members may then stand again and no “term limits” are currently imposed.
The Council is responsible to the Society Trustees.
