Evidence

The Society will request evidence specific to all applications such as course content and materials, tutor CV’s and legal or trading status of company or organisation.

Other Professional Bodies

The Society recognises a wide variety of professional bodies as having pre-approved equivalence to certain training course grades. In many cases you will not need to duplicate work already done for assessment.

Membership Certificates

Your training organisation will be entitled to a certificate of membership for the National Hypnotherapy Society. Certificates will be issued to new members free of charge upon acceptance. Upgraded certificates will be issued, also free of charge, whenever appropriate. All membership certificates remain the property of the Society and must be returned on request. Failure to do so may incur a charge.

Upgrades

Members are entitled to apply for appropriate upgrades in status along with the prevailing criteria. Applications must be made on a membership upgrade form, which may be downloaded from the website.obtained on request from the Society headquarters. There is no fee levied for applications for an upgrade in status.

Termination of Membership

Termination for professional issues is in accordance with the current Society Code of Ethics and complaints procedure; however, membership is at the discretion of the Society and may be declined or terminated at any time. Training members terminating membership are responsible for cancelling their own payments as continued payment shall be deemed to constitute continued membership.
