If my training course is accredited by the National Hypnotherapy Society does that mean that all of the courses we offer are automatically accredited?
The Society either accredits or approves a specific course – not the training school. In our experience a lot of training schools enjoy the flexibility of offering a variety of different courses. We are certainly happy to assess further courses and it is not unusual for a training school to have both approved and accredited courses.

I run one day workshops – will the Society accept me as a member?
We can certainly consider this. It may be that we can approve your course as a non-professional course. Please go ahead and complete the application process and we will contact you to help you with your application.

How long does it take to get my course approved?
We assess every membership application individually and will then contact you if we need any further information. Once we have all the information and supporting evidence that we need from you we will then contact you to advise of our decision. If we are able to offer you membership we will then contact your bank to process your payment. The whole process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks but we will contact you as needed throughout that period. Do not hesitate to contact the Society if you want an update or other information.

I run a training course overseas – can I still become a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society?
