What if I cannot afford the Membership Fee?

The Society does not offer a credit plan for membership fees. If you wish to join the Society but are unable to afford the full membership fee, please contact the office to obtain a monthly membership payment form. This option is currently £10 per month for a 12 month period (in order to cover additional expenses incurred processing multiple payments and membership certificates).

Reduced fee membership

We understand that some of our members may have financial difficulties, so we offer a reduced membership fee for members who are in receipt of a state benefit (see list below), or are in receipt of a state pension. We are unable to offer reduced membership fees on any basis such as age, location or gender. We are unable to back date membership reductions, and will discount membership fees at the point of next renewal, if not declared at application.
