National Hypnotherapy Society | An Introduction to Emotional Freedom…

Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, has been described as a form of ‘psychological acupuncture’. It is a way of quickly and efficiently reducing high levels of negative emotion (eg panic, stress, anger) to more manageable levels, through tapping on a series of specific points on the body and making a series of eye movements. It is a useful intervention in any coach or therapist’s toolkit.

It is easy to learn and to teach to others, which makes it a very helpful technique when working with stress or anxiety.

This half-day introductory course will enable you to discover the effectiveness of using the technique on yourself and, through demonstrations and practical exercises, you will also learn how to teach this useful life skill to your clients for their own use.

The course is open to coaches and therapists, and represents 4 hours of verifiable Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

We like to keep our courses small, and this course is limited to a maximum of six delegates. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Accommodation is available nearby if you wish to stay overnight.
