Self-care is incredibly important in helping manage and prevent many mental health conditions.

The New Year is a time when many people face financial challenges. It can also be a very busy time filled with new goals, work targets and getting back to into the swing of life after a busy end of the year.

Due to the combination of these things, January is a time when self-care can be pushed to the bottom of the list and may seem to be somewhat unachievable.
