Hi, I am Audrey thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I offer hypnotherapy, counselling skills, and mindfulness meditation to treat a variety of emotional issues.
I have many years’ experience of working within the field of promoting emotional well-being, mental health and physical health. I work with clients age 18 years and over, on an open-ended basis. I would love to have the opportunity to support you to make the changes you need, to obtain the positive balance you do want from life.
I am based in Crystal Palace, where I can offer you daytime, evening and Saturday appointments.

Hypnotherapy is an induced state of deep relaxation during which the subconscious part of our brain is engaged and alert, and becomes receptive to positive suggestions and change. This technique will maximise your potential in changing limiting beliefs and behaviours.
On our initial contact we will talk about your goals. During our conversation, I will explain how I work, you can ask me any questions, and together, we can then decide if we are able to work on your issues. If you then decide to go ahead our initial session would include a full assessment and therapy.
Each person is a unique individual, for this reason your therapy plan will be based solely on your needs and wishes.
