As a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Coach, I am passionate about using my skills to support you to make the positive changes that you want to make in your life.
I discovered hypnotherapy by chance some years ago when I was struggling with stress and anxiety. The positive impact of those sessions has stayed with me to this day – they even inspired me to train and become a hypnotherapist. I've since added the powerful skills of NLP to my toolbox.
My focus is on supporting people to improve their well-being by using hypnotherapy and coaching techniques to empower them to overcome the challenges they are facing and achieve their goals, boost their positivity, confidence and self-esteem.
I can help with most issues that may be affecting a person's sense of well-being, particularly stress, anxiety, low mood, confidence and weight-loss. I specialise in supporting women through infertility, childbirth, early parenthood and menopause.
As well as offering individual sessions I run group workshops for individuals and organisations and I'm also developing a range of self-study courses. You can also sign up to my wellbeing newsletter to receive information, ideas and support by e-mail. I work both in person and on-line.
I chose the name Aurora, meaning dawn, as the name for my practice as hypnotherapy can mean a fresh new start for anyone who wants to make a positive change in their lives.
