Practicing since 2009, Helen Brucher Dip Hyp CS MHS has been a member of the Hypnotherapy Society and has enhanced DBS, including membership to their update service. Current insurance allows Helen to practice: Hypnotherapy: Hypnobirthing: Reiki: Indian Head Massage
Helen has also written two mental health courses which simplify how the mind works. These courses have easy to use daily exercises which show how to look after mind space. Mind Aware Relaxation Courses, aka MAR Courses, also look at how modern-day mental pollution, through interaction with technology, can have ill effects on the mind which can transfer into the body. MAR Courses have proved helpful with former students saying how much mental unease decreased and mental focus increased after each course. Helen hopes that MAR Courses will help people to understand their minds and look after them like any other part of their body through daily care and attention which she hopes will prevent long term psychological dis-ease in people in the future.
MAR Courses are currently being re-written for CPD accreditation.

  • Qualifications & Experience
    The Hypnotherapy course and diploma, Helen holds is recognised and accredited by the Royal College of Nursing.
    Helens CPD includes: Self Awareness (CBT): Post Traumatic Stress Disorder: TA 101: Rapid Inductions. As well as Level 2 in The Principles of Dementia. And recently Hypnobirthing and pregnancy (2021)
    Through her greater knowledge of the mind she has written two courses which are aimed at health professionals as well as individuals teaching the importance of keeping psychologically clean and healthy. The Mind Aware Relaxation (MAR Courses) are currently being re-written for CPD accreditation.
    Further CPD credits Helen as an experienced Reiki practitioner as well as being able to teach Reiki at all levels. Helen has, in the past, visited care homes regularly providing Reiki treatments for residents and carers.
