I have been exploring and studying 'being human' since I was very young, starting with a fascination with body language which then moved to the spoken language, and then deeper into our Energetic language finally settling in our psychological make up of our belief systems, our coping mechanisms, our choices and our comfort zones.
I am a qualified Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness Practitioner and Energy Healer and bring all of my life experience and learning to each session with my clients to give them a holistic, gentle, yet powerful therapy session
