Hi and thank you for reading my profile. I am a qualified hypnotherapist, counsellor, coach and NLP practitioner. My focus as a therapist is to help women be all that they can be. This can obviously mean very different things for different people, but I believe we all have the potential to change the way we think and in turn to achieve our goals whatever they may be.
I have a lot of experience in helping women with stress, anxiety and low self esteem, building confidence and self belief - whether that is a result of issues from the past, at work or weight/body image. I run workshops on mindfulness and relaxation and confidence building.
