Having a degree education and running a successful professional practice in an unrelated profession for 15 years, I have now re-trained and just love what I do.
I provide a psychotherapy service, using predominately Hypnotherapy but also Therapeutic Conversation, Meditation and Angelic Reiki to help you make the change you seek.
As a trained hypnotherapist, I will assist you to be able to acknowledge and explore your concerns, fears and phobias and I can guide you to overcome these and make the changes you desire. This is achieved by allowing you, the Client, to express yourself in a safe, open and confidential environment.
I can assist with many everyday concerns including weight-loss and smoking cessation, confidence issues, and eradication of phobias, emotional issues, performance enhancement, anxiety and stress reduction.
The therapy uses visualisation and relaxation techniques that can develop the beneficial subconscious changes required.
As a good rapport is central to successful therapy I offer a 30 minute meeting without any obligation or charge to discuss matters with you and to allow you to become comfortable about the therapy.
I am member of The National Hypnotherapy Society and The National Counselling Society, have a BSc (Hons) degree education. When not helping Clients make a change I continue to learn and train in ways of assisting you the Client.
Depending upon the presenting issue, a single or several sessions may be required. This will be discussed and agreed. You,the Client, will always be in control.
