Cath gained a BA (Hons) degree in Bristol before going on to study for a Master’s degree at Aberystwyth University. Following a vibrant career in Environmental Planning Cath's passion for helping people led her to retrain in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapeutic Counselling. After successfully completing this training Cath became interested in Solution Focused Therapy and has qualified as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist at the well renowned Clifton Practice in Bristol.

Cath uses the Solution Focused approach to therapy to help clients regain control over their lives.

She brings a rare blend of professional training, life experience and natural people skills to her work as a clinical hypnotherapist. She balances her technical expertise with strong intuition and sense of humour. She values spending time with clients to put them at their ease, listen carefully, and build treatment around the individual to help them move forward.
