I am a qualified Hypnotherapist practising in Lowestoft and the surrounding area. Before becoming a Hypnotherapist I worked in the corporate world in a very stressful role for many years.  I have experienced first hand how todays pressures of work can become overwhelming.  This, added to family and personal commitments, can make you feel you are struggling to cope with the stresses of everyday life.
Depression, anxiety, and panic attacks are not a sign of weakness.  They are a sign of having tried to remain strong for too long.  Did you know 1 in 3 of us will go through this at some point in our lives.  I believe my personal experiences and background provides me with the skills to be able to help people overcome the obstacles that life brings them today.
Since becoming a hypnotherapist I have found working with my clients rewarding and a privilege, not to mention the joy of being part of their successes.  Helping people become the version of themselves they wish to be, by making positive changes for the better.
