Every person who comes to see me is treated in 100% confidentially and with my utmost professionalism. At the same time, I do my best to create a beautifully supportive atmosphere where you feel safe and comfortable.

Often due to our unconscious emotion pain, our needs have not been met somewhere in our lives and we are still holding onto this hurt – even many years later. As such, hypnotherapy and hypnosis are great ways to help people communicate their personal emotions, which might otherwise be difficult to do so.

Working on the childhood negative messages we were fed, i.e., messages we were told in childhood that still play out in our lives today, is one of the areas I am most passionate about and something I’ve had to personally really get to the bottom of and address in my own life.

My promise to each client is:

To listen.
To provide professional care and empathy.
To offer you a calm and restful space, where you will be supported.
through your transformation.
To bring caring, compassion and non-judgement to whatever challenge you are experiencing.
If needed, to safely support you through crisis to the other side.
To help you have more meaningful connections in your life.
To enable you to feel joy again and feel excited by all the possibility and potential in your life.

I do all of this in a relaxed, comfortable and safe environment and work out of a beautiful, private cabin located in my secluded garden, called The Therapy Cabin!
