I am a qualified, accredited, experienced and skilled hypnotherapist and counsellor offering support in a confidential and comfortable setting within my private practice at my home. I provide a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood. I will help you to explore your difficulties to gain a greater sense of awareness, so that you can move forwards in a more positive way.

Hypnotherapy may be used as as a single therapy to treat many issues including weight loss, quitting smoking, fears, phobias, insomnia, controlling pain and to help improve clients self-esteem, confidence and motivation. Hypnotherapy can also be used alongside counselling and is effective in treating a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, abuse, anger management, bereavement, illnesses and disabilities, and raising self esteem and confidence.

Your initial consultation will be free and is your opportunity to find out whether you are comfortable working with me and I can make sure that I am the best person to help you.

Please call or email me to arrange an appointment or discuss any questions you may have.

I am a member of the Hypnotherapy Society and National Counselling Society, am DBS checked and hold full insurance.
