I am a trained and qualified hypnotherapist and counsellor . I am passionate about my work and I am wholly committed to continuing my professional development, ensuring that I am able to deliver the best possible therapy to my clients at all times. I have adopted an holistic approach with my clients, often utilising EFT and meditation within my sessions. Thus far I have found that I have particular success when working with those who are stressed, anxious, and in need of motivation.
I also hold a current DBS enabling me to work with adolescents and vulnerable adults.
