I retired from a high stress industry having seen first hand the effects stress can have but also the powerful results of counselling and hypnotherapy as an alternative to popping pills. I am therefore motivated by a desire to help people rather than establishing a career. My background includes experience of training and mentoring others to achieve their potential.
