I'm a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, author and coach. I've been in practice since 2004. I work in Bristol by the Harbourside and for The Priory Hospital Bristol. I also consult online. A former journalist, I know a thing or two about work-stress, pressure and impossible deadlines.

    I hold a BA (Hons) in journalism and sociology and an MSc in rational-emotive and cognitive behaviour therapy (RECBT). I also hold a diploma in clinical hypnosis and another (with distinction) in cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy.
