I have lived in Staffordshire for many years now, originating from the beautiful City of Bath.
In the earlier stages of my career I had an extensive range of roles and feel that both my work and personal life over the years have given me a wide range of experiences, knowledge and wisdom which support my understanding of the difficulties that life can present and how integral it is to have support at times when situations are just too overwhelming to deal with alone.
Empathy has encouraged a long held desire to help people and in 2016, I decided to return to Studying, to work towards qualification and begin the pathway to developing as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Hypnotherapist. Since qualifying and Practising, I have found the role both rewarding and a great privilege to fulfill.
I enjoy travel and am happiest going for walks and embracing beautiful scenery, especially by the sea, my camera roll also demonstrates my eagerness to capture moments. I have passionately created a beautiful home and adore the fur babies who believe that it is their home that humans just happen to live in. I have developed over the years an interest in Spirituality which I find fulfilling and inspiring and I appreciate the benefits of mindfulness and meditation.
