I started my life in the NHS and private sectors as a carer in mental health and a Healthcare assistant, during which time I gained professional qualifications in Nursing and spent a large part of my career as a Stroke Nurse.
However, in 2016, I decided to re-train to become a hypnotherapist and counsellor as this was something I had always wanted to do. Help people.
I now help people from all walks of life to overcome personal and emotional issues, assisting them to move forward towards a happier, healthier, more fulfilled life.
*Professional, friendly and caring service to enhance a positive change
*Quality care you can count on
I offer an integrative approach, which means that I draw on a wide range of techniques that are tailored to suit your individual needs and situation. This includes helping you to understand where you are in the present, explore and resolve issues from the past that are holding you back, and making positive changes for the future.
I provide a safe, comfortable, confidential environment where you feel valued and supported. This gives you the opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions on a deeper level, often leading to you finding your own solutions. However, I also help you to develop effective coping mechanisms that enable you to manage situations in your life that may be difficult to resolve at the present time.
