Hello, my name is Caroline and I am a qualified hypnotherapist. I own Locks Heath Hypnotherapy, also covering the surrounding areas and if required can complete home visits to ensure you are fully at ease during your consultation.
I offer a calm and relaxing environment in my premises where I am keen to help you reach your full potential and goals, those things that are important in life to you.
I can help you with stress, anxiety, phobias, exam, driving test or job interview nerves, confidence, self-esteem, stop smoking, weight loss, hypno-gastric band, sports/exercise motivation, sleep or help to relax.
I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone and offer an affordable therapy space each month. Please do ask me if this is something you are interested in.
