The power of the mind and the ability to make desired changes using that power, drew me to a career in Hypnotherapy. Blending the experiences of my careers (Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Radiography) enables me to understand the needs of clients and how best to work together to achieve their desired outcomes. I have had the opportunity to work with clients presenting with anxiety, lowered confidence and self esteem, stress, insomnia, phobias and stopping smoking.
