As a member I adhere to their ethical standards for the delivery of a safe, confidential and professional level of service that is in the best interest of my clients. I specialise in helping people with a wide range of issues including: PTSD, stress management, anxiety, low self esteem, all manner of fears and phobias, panic attacks, insomnia, public speaking, sports performance, exam nerves, weight loss, smoking cessation and many more.
My aim is to help my clients gain their full potential and realise their goals by using the power of hypnosis with hypnotherapy and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) to bring about positive changes to their thoughts, feelings and behaviour in a safe, relaxing and comfortable environment.
When you are thinking about visiting a hypnotherapist it is important to know a little about them. Make sure you are happy they are the right person for you and, take your time to find out about their background and training.
I have worked as a senior manager in the National Health Service for over 30 years and the experience I have gained assists me in my work with clients to help them achieve what they really desire.
