I enable clients to replace negative thoughts and feelings with positive ones combined with the personal confidence to do things that may not have previously been imagined possible. Clients working with me have benefited from stress and anxiety reduction, overcoming phobias, confidence and self-esteem building to overcome fears associated with public speaking and bullying, stopping alcohol dependence, providing pain and nausea relief as well as stopping bad habits such as smoking and eating the wrong foods.

I am also a qualified bereavement counsellor and undertake voluntary work for for Cruse Bereavement Care.

My working career started in healthcare-based businesses and I have a deep understanding of work pressure and its effects on health, having operated at all levels of management for many years in both sales, operational and general management roles. I provide corporate well-being services to business with the simple promise of making people happier and more productive.

I have always been passionate about helping people to be the best they can be and my approach is to be open and honest and create a safe and trusted environment in which you can feel listened to and understood. Whether your concerns are work- or non work-related, negative and sometimes destructive thought patterns are often detrimental to quality of life. The Hypnotherapy and NLP I use will help you to understand them and then replace them with positive behaviours that improve personal effectiveness and confidence to achieve the outcomes you desire as well as making you happier and more fulfilled.
