For me, there was always a niggle, and I didn’t really know where to start with what was wrong. I felt anxious and stressed almost every day. Everything felt overwhelming, or underwhelming. After years of never feeling quite right, never being completely happy, and never really understanding why, I decided to see a counsellor.

Therapy helped me to become self-aware through exploring and discussing my behaviours, beliefs, experiences and feelings. My confidence increased, as did my sense of self-worth. It helped me to find myself and feel happier.

Therapy also inspired me to start a new career as a hypnotherapist; I realised that I wanted to be able to offer people the same support that enabled me to live a happier, more fulfilling life.

So, what is hypnotherapy? Hypnotherapy uses the subconscious mind to help change thought processes, therefore helping to make the positive changes required in order to reach your goals.

Hypnotherapy can be used for all manner of things. Relaxation, confidence, relief from stress and anxiety, weight-loss, smoking cessation, pain management, phobias, unwanted habits and many more!

My practice is a 10-minute walk from Chelmsford train and bus station and parking is available.

I am able to provide a brief consultation over the phone, then an initial consultation in person to discuss the issue further.

Each session will last for 60 minutes (excluding smoking cessation sessions).
A single smoking cessation session will last for 2 hours, with an optional 60 minute follow up session.

I am available for evening and weekend appointments.

Please note, I do not currently treat anyone under the age of 18.

Please do not hesitate to contact me via telephone or email for more information.
