I believe in the power this wonderful therapy can have, to support individuals to bring about the changes they need within their lives.
I believe there to be an infinite amount of areas/issues of which hypnosis can treat from stress and anxiety to fear and phobias, supporting physical and emotional health, fertility and pregnancy, some addictions such as smoking and overall confidence, no name a few.
I’m passionate about supporting people, having spent a great deal of my working career working with children, young people and adults within the social, community and criminal justice sectors.
I offers free consultation to new clients where I hope to answer any questions, dispelling any myths about hypnotherapy and address the reasons for seeking assistance and how treatment may be beneficial and if so, how it would be delivered.
