I'm a recently qualified hypnotherapist. Formerly, I've been employed as a seafarer (Merchant Navy) and as an interdisciplinary doctoral researcher (Plymouth University). Along with my therapeutic practice, I'm presently pursuing an advanced counselling certificate. And I'm also studying psychoanalysis at the Severnside Institute for Psychotherapy, in Bristol.

As a marathon runner, I use my own hypnotherapy's calming visualisation techniques to assist my race focus, and to help me overcome physical and psychological setbacks (in both my competitive running and my training). My bespoke hypnotherapy sessions will share similar relaxing and visually-led approaches to concentration, healing and growth, to help you optimise your own mental and physical capacities.

Through my strategic therapeutic approach, in a safe environment, I can readily help you to make those difficult lifestyle choices and changes that can quickly lead to a healthier and more fulfilled existence. Moreover, with time, my relaxing hypnotherapy can be adapted to help you realise your very fullest potential: it can be tailored to help you overcome the fears and anxieties that are holding you back, whilst it can also draw out the hidden strengths that can further empower you, both at work and in play.
