My background is in Psychology. I have a BA (Hons) in Psychology as well as a Masters Degree in this subject. I am passionate about helping people to make positive changes to their lives.
I am a fully trained hypnotherapist and I can provide this service to help with a wide variety of issues. I am also a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I am fully insured and I am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society, as well as the National Counselling Society, which are on the accredited register of the Professional Standards Authority. As a member of these bodies I am bound by their strict codes of conduct and their ethical guidelines.
I can help with a range of issues including stress and anxiety, bereavement, phobias, low self esteem, insomnia, weight loss including the hypnotic gastric band and stopping smoking to name a few.
I take pride in my work and I care about the well-being of my clients. If you are happy then I am happy. Sessions take place in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
