I am a qualified hypnotherapist. A published writer and a PhD student. Having been a journalist for nine years and a university lecturer for one year, and a carer for a highly autistic family member for 22 years, I am confident to offer quality support for people with various backgrounds and wish to detach from the mountainous stress crushing on your shoulders by making positive changes to your minds through hypnotherapy, therefore to enhance your mental well-being and strengthen your resilience and wisdom to face all possible challenges in your current and future life. I deeply understand how drained and hopeless when too much stress running beyond your tolerance and dragging you down in your everyday life, sometimes it can stretch you to breaking point; this is why to de-stress is so vital to maintain your well-being, because life is not easy for everyone, we all need to be relaxed, readjusted, recovered, revitalized and then are able to re-embrace our life with renewed strength and easier, healthier mind and body, and I intend to help those in need and achieve this goal. I am being trained to be a qualified counsellor as well.
I am open-minded, understanding, caring, compassionate, non-judgemental, creative and resourceful. Having witnessed and supported many people who lived with enormous stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions throughout my work and personal life, my sincere aim is to use all my knowledge and skills to help people to de-stress in my relaxing therapy and empower themselves with calmness, confidence, steadiness and all other positive strengths that I can work with them to establish and grow together.
