I have always been fascinated by the power and strength of individuals and the ability to heal oneself. Having worked within the mental health sector for several years I was able to see just how complex and powerful the mind is. I also witnessed the impact that negative thoughts and beliefs have on individuals and their loved ones. Having experienced this and just how helpful counselling can be I was hopeful that at some point I would be able to help others. Whilst taking time out to care for my family I decided to retrain as a counsellor and hypnotherapist. I believe with a little help and guidance we are able to alter our belief system and make positive changes in our lives.
