Hypnotherapy for Key Workers

My name is Ian Guest and I am a hypnotherapist and anxiety coach. I take an evidence-based approach to helping people with stress and anxiety, which means that the techniques and ideas I incorporate have been researched and proven to be effective.

Like many people, I have dealt with stress and anxiety in my life. I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed by negative thoughts and feelings. Through my own research and experience with clients, I have gained a greater understanding of the causes of anxiety and what helps in the management of anxiety.

I have developed a new and exciting treatment called Hypno-ACT, which takes the best of current thinking in therapy. I apply what I have learnt in my own life and I can teach you strategies and techniques that will make your life more enjoyable and rewarding.

I also offer supervision to hypnotherapists, either face to face or via Skype. The supervision sessions allow you to explore any client issues or concerns you have, discuss different techniques, talk through marketing strategies, and identify CPD opportunities.

  • Qualifications & Experience
    I hold a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), awarded by the National Council for Hypnotherapy. The HPD is accredited by NCFE as having measurable learning outcomes that meet a level 4 qualification. It also meets the learning outcomes of the National Occupational Standards for “Complementary and Alternative Healthcare – Hypnotherapy”. This means that I am currently working towards the highest national standards for hypnotherapists.

    I hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills accredited through the National Hypnotherapy Society. I have also completed the Foundation Certificate in Evidence-Based Hypnotherapy at the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy
