I'm a Chartered Psychologist & Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
Having qualified originally in Advanced Structured Hypnotherapy in 2001, which incorporates traditional clinical hypnotherapy with Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), I completed an additional Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) in 2013/4 to further broaden my skills. I spent several years as a tutor teaching & assessing Hypnotherapy at Diploma level, and enjoy helping clients from different backgrounds make the changes they want, whether that is to stop smoking or vaping, curb overeating, take control of phobias, manage medical concerns (eg. infertility, IBS) or any other behaviour and mindset changes which enhance peoples lives and helps them to flourish and feel good.
