I qualified as a therapist in 2009, with a diploma in clinical hypnotherapy and counselling. I also have a diploma in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming).
As well as being a qualified hypnotherapist, I have a background in senior management in the public and private sectors which has helped me develop strong communication skills.
As a first language Welsh speaker, I can offer a service in either English or Welsh. It's purely down to your personal preference. What's important is that you receive the service in the language that feels the most comfortable to you.
I have a practice in Swansea for face-to-face consultations. But, if you prefer to do your sessions remotely, I'm happy to conduct those by video over Zoom or WhatsApp.
The reason I trained to be a clinical hypnotherapist is that I believe passionately in helping people reach their full potential and a state of mind in which they feel happiest.
For some, that may mean leading a healthier lifestyle by becoming a non-smoker. For others, it could be swifter progression in their career by achieving greater focus and motivation for what they do. Or it could be dealing with long-standing fears and anxiety that are holding them back from enjoying a happy and fulfilled life.
