I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist and advanced counsellor/psychotherapist accredited by the Hypnotherapy Society and national counselling society. These Professional Societies insure that I am fully Qualified and keep up with my Continued Professional Development obligations. I am also fully insured.
I have always had a profound interest in the working of the sub conscious mind and what drives us so I am passionate about the power of hypnotherapy, On a personal level I have had hypnotherapy myself to assist me in my studies, and for my anxieties, therefore I learnt to do self hypnosis. I use self hypnosis to help me relax, I have calmed the condition 'shingles' and rapidly self healed a shoulder and arm injury.
Exploring our difficulties through the power of the sub conscious can be a liberating journey helping us to manage our lives more positively and effectively, creating change at conscious and sub conscious levels.
I am also an Anxiety UK approved therapist providing therapeutic support to the charity’s members and partner beneficiaries. I am subject to Anxiety UK’s regular monitoring of my professional qualifications, supervision, continual professional development, insurance and professional body membership in addition to complying with the ethical framework and professional standards set down by my registered governing body.
