National Hypnotherapy Society | An Introduction to NLP: One, Two or…

Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or NLP, is a collection of tools and techniques which help us to understand how we think, how our use of language affects how we think and how others understand us, and how all of this affects our behaviours. Drawing on many established areas of psychology, these courses brings together a variety of effective skills and put them into a framework that is comprehensive, accessible and ethical.

From understanding yourself, your personal relationships and your professional relationships, these courses will challenge the way you think about your world, and have a positive impact that is empowering for you and those around you.

As individuals, we create different realities for ourselves even when faced with the same situations; our happiness, or our stress, is therefore a construct based on our own perception of what is going on around us; we believe what we see, and we see what we believe. The models of NLP allow us to explore the unconscious processes behind the creation of our reality, help us understand how others are doing this differently from ourselves, and can assist those who are creating a reality that is less than useful.

As with all our courses, each day is limited to a maximum number of 6 delegates in order to ensure individual attention. You can choose to attend this training in NLP over one, two or four days; the complete four day course entitles you to receive an INLPTA Certified Diploma in NLP.
