During this uncertain time key workers wellbeing is essential. I work for a hospice providing wellbeing activities including hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques. Hypnotherapy used for symptom control including pain, anxiety, sleep disturbance, weight management and the issues facing a life limiting illness such as body image and changes. Working in this setting I appreciate the demands key workers face so I would like to offer a reduced fee for sessions depending on availability.

    Diploma in Hypnotherapy
    Bachelor of Science BSc
    Master of Education MEd
    Background in lecturing for further and higher education institutions, also writing examination papers and verifying. Worked as a complementary therapist for 20 years. Qualified in hypnotherapy in 2014 course accredited by The National Hypnotherapy Society. Currently working for a hospice delivering wellbeing activities including hypnotherapy.
