Hypnotherapy for Key Workers

I am a qualified Hypnotherapist based in Stotfold, Hertfordshire. I spent 35 years advancing through the ranks to become a Senior Manager within the Royal Mail, which included working and interacting with individuals from all over the UK. For the last 5 years, I have been working with both young and vulnerable individuals in different roles from volunteering, youth offending, youth work, and mental health issues. During this time I have enhanced my listening, coaching, mentoring and counselling skills which I have utilised within my training to become a Hypnotherapist. After reading my short bio you must be now wondering what reason I would have to become a Hypnotherapist and that is, I am and have always been passionate about helping individuals to become the very best that they can be. So, what better way to achieve my passion than through the power of hypnosis. I firmly believe with the help of hypnosis you can achieve real positive changes within your life.
