I'm a hypnotherapist based in North Herts and run my sessions at two clinics in Hertfordshire; Attend2Health in Buntingford on Mondays and Royston Complementary Health Centre in Royston on Thursdays and Fridays.
I always take an explorative approach, working together to discover what works and what doesn't work for you as an individual.
I believe hypnotherapy is like learning a new life skill. A skill that provides a natural way of taking control of your life and what you want to experience by reframing your thoughts, responses and feelings. Hypnotherapy can support and strengthen your ability to deal with difficult experiences. It's the ultimate in self-care for your mind, body and aspirations.
