I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Counsellor working in the Nottingham area in my own private practice. I deal with many issues including anxiety, phobias, bereavement, and self-esteem/confidence work. My experience includes working with a variety of individuals from children and young people to adults in various stages of life. In the past, I have worked as a secondary school counsellor and now also run group sessions/courses around the issue of Anxiety, which is a particular interest of mine. In addition to my therapeutic commitments, I also tutor trainee hypnotherapy students.
